Vienna sul Lago isn't a commercial Ball, in fact it is organized by a Committee without no sake of gain, regularly established whose members give their own services free. For the seriousness of the initiative and organization, the manifestation has assumed features that clearly distinguish it from other similiar events which take place in Italy, making it particularly glamorous: in fact Vienna sul Lago is the only Ball which takes place under the High Patronage of the Mayor of the City of Vienna and also enjoys the glamorous Patronage of the Foreign Office, Ministry of Fine Arts and Cultural Activities
the Embassies of Austria to the Quirinal and the Holy See. The debs' partners have been the Cadets from Naval Academy in Livorno for seven editions. Vienna sul Lago is therefore the most important Debs' Ball in Italy and one of the most important in Europe
